New Subdivision Home

This home was built in a new subdivision in the Bitterroot Valley. The subdivision focuses on high end, quality homes and we were happy to be able to provide this beauty.

Accessory Dwelling Unit

At the time of this build, Missoula had hard restrictions on Accessory Dwelling Units. We fought hard for our client to get the space they needed and made sure to create an efficient home that felt spacious, comfortable, beautiful and capitalized on the gorgeous views of the area.

The ADU's living room is made for relaxing and comfort. It fits a leather couch, matching armchairs, and inset black tiled fireplace. The large picture window overlooks the stunning mountain view and the high ceiling provides a spacious feel.
The full bath in the ADU includes this gorgeous tiled shower featuring two varieties of large purple tiles on the walls and small pebble-like tiles on the floor. The glass doors allow for the room to feel spacious.
